Welcome to your Call Center Benefits Enrollment! Benefit Counselors are available to speak with you over the phone to help walk you through your benefit offerings and elections for the new plan year. The Benefit Counselors are trained and knowledgeable on the offerings for the upcoming plan year. They can answer your questions and assist you with making the best selections for you and your family.

We will do our best to stay on schedule. Please help us do so by being available by your phone at the time of your enrollment appointment. In an effort to be courteous of everyone’s time, the Benefit Counselor will have a “hard stop” at the end of the scheduled appointment time frame in order to be available for their next scheduled appointment. If you need more time, you are welcome to work with the Benefit Counselor directly to arrange additional time to continue your benefits conversation and enrollment.
